Mgmt firm TETIS Capital can acquire group Softline by May
MOSCOW, Apr 6 (PRIME) -- Russian group of companies Softline, a supplier of technological IT solutions, can be sold to management company TETIS Capital by April 30, Softline said on Thursday.
“Softline founder Igor Borovikov has decided and announced his intention to divest from Softline. He and a group of the investors reached principal agreements on the sale of 100% of Softline to a fund managed by independent management company TETIS Capital,” the statement read.
A new structure of ownership and management will “contribute in the best way to long-term growth of business and achievement of strategic goals of Softline’s team and take into account the interests of the current and future shareholders of Softline.”
